issued by Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA (the "Company") on 5 September 2023
related to the Board's proposal to ask the General Meeting for a board
authorization for the option to acquire up to 7,000,000 own shares, at a
purchase price of up to NOK 14.60 per share.
The Company will hold an extraordinary General Meeting on 28 September 2023 at
10:00 (CEST) to deal with the proposal.
The notice for the extraordinary general meeting is attached and will also be
made available on the Company's website www.cloudberry.no.
Shareholders are encouraged to cast their votes in advance or by granting a
proxy to the chair of the board with voting instructions. Further information
