OEP ITS Holding B.V. refers to the disclosure of shareholding in Crayon Group Holding ASA (the "Company") published on 22 August 2018 in connection with the execution of an agreement to acquire 16,456,268 shares in the Company. This acquisition has now been completed and OEP ITS Holding B.V. consequently owns 24,100,307 shares in the Company, representing approximately 31.97% of the total number of shares and votes in the Company.
