With reference to the announcement on 2 December 2020 on the purchase agreement entered into with Siminn hf on the acquisition of Sensa ehf, the Icelandic Competition Authority (ICA) has announced that they do not see a reason to take any further action in relation to the transaction.
In accordance with the purchase agreement between Simmin hf and Crayon, closing can be expected around the end of March 2021.
