(Oslo, Norway, 9 April 2021) Crayon Group Holding ASA ("Crayon" or the "Company", OSE ticker "CRAYON") today announces the closing of the acquisition of Sensa Ehf.
The Company is pleased to announce that the acquisition was finalized and closed on 8 April 2021.
The agreed purchase price for 100% of the shares is ISK 3.5 billion. The transaction has been settled with 699,635 shares in Crayon Group Holding ASA and ISK 2.3 billion in cash, in line with the enterprise value of 3.25bn ISK in the SPA. The shares are subject to a 12-month lock-up from date of agreement, however with a monthly release of 1/12 of the share.
