Hans Erik Robbestad, Board Member in Omda AS, has today acquired 10,000 shares in Omda AS at an average price of NOK 37.6 per share. The shares were acquired through Ipec AS, a company controlled by Mr. Robbestad. Following the transaction, Mr. Robbestad controls 269 383 shares in Omda AS.
