Oslo, Norway, 14 November 2025 – Omda AS (Euronext Growth Oslo: OMDA)
today announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2025.
Reported revenue growth for the quarter was 14% compared with the same
period last year, with an EBITDA margin of 30%.
CEO Sverre Flatby commented: “Omda’s strong first half was followed by
a record third quarter result.”
The company has previously guided annual revenues of 460–485 MNOK
for 2025. With year-to-date revenues of 360 MNOK, Omda now expects
that full-year revenue to end toward the upper end of the guided range.
The EBITDA margin guidance of 23–27% for the year is maintained.
“This quarter further strengthens the foundation for our public guidance
for both 2025 and 2026,” Flatby added.
Omda has previously communicated guidance for 2026 of 500–525 MNOK
in revenue and an expected EBITDA margin of 28–32%.
“Our profitable, market-leading portfolio of niche solutions within
specialised healthcare and emergency services has been built through a
series of acquisitions. Our current M&A pipeline indicates that 10–20%
inorganic growth will be added on top of the guided 2026 revenues,”
Flatby concluded.
