An annual general meeting will be held in Cyviz AS on 27 May 2021 at 13:00 CET.
The notice of the annual general meeting is enclosed and will also be made
available at www.cyviz.com - http://www.cyviz.com.
Due to the Covid-19 situation and to follow the authorities' current guidelines
and regulations, the general meeting will only be held digitally. It will not be
possible to vote during the general meeting, all shareholders are therefore
encouraged to vote in advance by granting a power of attorney to the chairman of
the board in advance of the general meeting.
Power of attorney must be received by 26 May 2021 at 12:00 Power of attorney
form is attached to the notice as Appendix 1.
