On 1 March 2023, Gunnar Hvammen, board member and primary insider of Deep Value Driller AS (the "Company"), acquired 1,500,000 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 19.86 per share, of which 1,000,000 shares were acquired through Thabo Energy AS, and 500,000 shares were acquired through Solan Capital AS. Following the transaction, Gunnar Hvammen and his closely associated companies hold 7,000,000 shares, equivalent to approximately 8.07% of the Company's share capital, in addition to 2,433,333 warrants.
