Oslo, 5 January 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Deep Value Driller AS ("DVD") earlier today. As set out in the notice, the board of directors has resolved to distribute a dividend in the amount of NOK 0.25 per share, in total approximately NOK 23.3 million, for January 2026.
The dates relevant to the proposed dividend distribution are set out below:
