On 30 June 2022, Ole Kristian Sivertsen, CEO of the Company, has through OKS Consulting AS purchased 2 500 shares in the Company at an average price of NOK 27.50. Following the transaction, OKS Consulting AS holds a total of 802 500 shares in the Company.
