Sandnes, Norway, 13 October 2023: Reference is made to the stock exchange
announcement by Desert Control on 28 September 2023 announcing that the company
has carried out a private placement of shares. Issuance of shares in the private
placement is subject to approval by the general meeting.
Further, the Board of Directors is proposing an amendment of the Board of
Directors, as well as an authorization by the general meeting to implement a
subsequent repair offering. Further to the above, the Board of Directors of
Desert Control AS has decided to call for an Extraordinary General Meeting to be
held virtually on 13 October 2023 at 10.00 CEST.
