release by Desert Control AS ("Desert Control" or the "Company") published on 17
November 2023. The issuance of 1,181,188 new shares has been registered with the
Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. After the share capital increase,
Desert Control's share capital is NOK 160,523.931 divided into NOK 53,507,977
shares, each share having a par value of NOK 0.003 and carrying one vote in the
Company's general meeting.
