Trade subject to notification
On 9 April 2014, the Board of Directors of DNB ASA
decided to once again offer employees in DNB shares
at a discounted price.
The shares were allotted today, 5 June 2014, at a
gross price of NOK 111.9855 per share. The discount
granted to each employee is NOK 1,500.
Attached is a list of the primary insiders that
availed themselves of the offer.
