Reference is made to the stock exchange notices on 2nd and 29th of October 2020 regarding early redemption of all ETNs issued by DNB Bank ASA in their entirety.
The last listing date is set for today, 6 November 2020. Redemption will take place on 18 November 2020 at accumulated value calculated after the close of trading on 6 November 2020. Payment is expected to take place around 24 November 2020.
The products are set as sold-out and will retain this status until redemption has taken place. Investors will be able to sell their holdings on the stock exchange until the last day of listing. Investors have been notified through a separate letter.
