On 9 February 2022, the Board of Directors of DNB Bank ASA decided to offer
employees in DNB Bank ASA shares with a discount of up to 25 % (up to NOK 14,500
per employee). The shares were allotted today, 20 May 2022, at a gross price of
NOK 181.8699 per share.
