DNO International ASA - Invitation to Fourth Quarter 2009 Presentation

DNO International ASA will release its results for the fourth quarter and full
year 2009 to the Oslo Stock Exchange on 17 February, 2010.

On the release day, representatives from DNO International ASA will give a
presentation of the quarterly and annual financial statements.

The presentation will be held at 08:00 A.M. on 17 February, 2010 at Oslo
Konserthus, Munkedamsveien 14.

The presentation can also be followed live on the Internet, via a video webcast
at www.dno.no . An archived version of the webcast will be
posted on www.dno.no shortly after the presentation. The
presentation will be held in English.
