Invitation to second quarter 2010 presentation

DNO International ASA will release its results for the second quarter 2010 to
the Oslo Stock Exchange on 18 August, 2010.
On the release day, representatives from DNO International ASA will give a
presentation of the quarterly financial statements.
The presentation will be held at 08:00 A.M. on 18 August, 2010 at Oslo
Konserthus, Munkedamsveien 14.

The presentation can also be followed live on the Internet, via a video webcast
atwww.dno.no.  An archived version of the webcast will be posted on www.dno.no
shortly after the presentation. The presentation will be held in English.
