DNO reports a working interest production of 24,956 bopd and a net entitlement production of 16,160 bopd in the third quarter of 2010.
The average realized oil price on the net entitlement (NE) production in the
third quarter was USD 44.9 per barrel.
In September the working interest (WI) production was 21,534 bopd and the NE
production was 13,936 bopd. The September production was down from August,
primarily as a result of the Eid celebration during the first half of the month.
However, the Company´s production shows a significant increase from the second
to the third quarter due to higher local sales in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
As previously stated, significant fluctuations in deliveries from the Tawke
field are expected. Due to lower local sales in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq in
October, the WI production in October will be lower than September. Based on
current production information it is expected that the Company's WI production
in October will be 16-18,000 bopd.
For more information, see the attached full production report for September
2010.
