Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of DOF ASA from trading on Oslo Børs. Pursuant to Oslo Rule Book II – Issuer Rules section 2.11.2 (1), cf. Securities Trading Act § 12-3 (1), Oslo Børs has on 14 June 2023 made the following resolution:
“The shares of DOF ASA are delisted from trading on Oslo Børs as of 14 August 2023.
Last day of trading will be 11 August 2023.”
