Reference is made to Dolphin Drilling ASA's (the "Company") stock exchange
communication yesterday on 24 June 2019.
Creditors have requested some additional time to try to obtain an agreement on
the Drilling Restructuring (as defined in the Company's stock exchange
communication of 12 April 2019). On this basis, the board has resolved to move
the deadline for such agreement to 10 AM on Wednesday 26 June 2019.
The board reiterates that the Company will remain insolvent even if the Drilling
Restructuring is implemented on a consensual basis.
