(Oslo, 1 December 2023) Dolphin Drilling AS (Dolphin Drilling, OSE: DDRIL) today
announces the termination of the contract with Peak Petroleum.
Reference is made to the third quarter 2023 financial report, announced 28
November 2023, outlining the continued breach of the contract between Dolphin
Drilling and Peak Petroleum. The contract has now been terminated by Dolphin
Drilling. The contract backlog reported in the third quarter 2023 report was
adjusted for the contract termination, and will remain at the same level as
reported.
