Oslo, 13 May 2024 Dolphin Drilling AS (the "Company") (ticker code: DDRIL),
further to the Company's market update of 11 January 2024, in which the Company
reported on a judgment of the English Court of Appeal in respect of a legacy tax
case, the Company is pleased to report that it has today been informed that the
UK Supreme Court has granted permission to the Company to proceed with an appeal
against the said judgement.
The hearing of the appeal by the UK Supreme Court has yet to be scheduled and
would be anticipated during 2025.
The Company shall continue to update the market in connection with the progress
of the appeal.
