EAM Solar ASA will convene an Extraordinary General Meeting (the "EGM") on
Friday the 18(th) of October 2013 at 15:00 CET at the Company's offices at
Dronningen 1, Oslo, in conjunction with the election of a new member to the
Board of Directors.
