EAM Solar ASA : Minutes from the extraordinary general meeting 25th of November 2015

EAM Solar ASA conducted its Extraordinary General Meeting at Carnegie offices in
Oslo today.


A total of 2,806,147 shares equivalent to 55.3% of the total shares in the
company were represented through participation or proxy.


All decisions where passed and in accordance with the proposal made by the Board
of Directors.
