Criminal proceedings in Milano

The preliminary stage of the criminal proceedings in Milano has come to an end.
The Judge in the Criminal Court of Milan has ruled that all indicted will be
committed to trial on all charges.


For the Company this means that the Judge has ruled that EAM is victim of a
criminal contractual fraud and that Enovos and Avelar are financially liable for
the damages incurred.
