EAM Solar ASA : Disclosure of shareholdings

EAM Solar Park Management AS, manager of EAM Solar ASA, has subscribed for
118,746 new shares in the rights issue of EAM Solar ASA. After this, EAM Solar
Park Management AS will hold 650 956 shares in EAM Solar ASA. The rights issue
is being carried out at a subscription price of NOK 24 per share.
