HIGHLIGHTS Q2 2018
EBITDA for the quarter was EUR 0.3
thousand and accumulated for the year
minus EUR 263 thousand. Normal operations,
adjusted for legal costs resulted
in an EBITDA of EUR 822 thousand for
the quarter and EUR 982 thousand accumulated
for the year, equivalent to an EBITDA
margin of 58 percent and 48 percent,
respectively.
Cost of operations and SG&A were EUR
209 thousand and EUR 378 thousand for
the quarter and EUR 358 thousand and
EUR 724 thousand accumulated for the
year respectively.
Legal costs were EUR 822 thousand in
the quarter and EUR 1 245 thousand accumulated
for the year.
Hearings were conducted in both the
criminal and the arbitration proceedings
in Milan during the quarter. No
decisions have been reached in any of
the venues.
