In conjunction with the public listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange of the company Energeia AS the 13th of December 2022, Mrs. Ragnhild M. Wiborg assumed the position as the new Chair of the Board of Directors in Energeia AS.
Based on assuming the responsibility to lead the Board of Directors in Energeia AS, Mrs. Wiborg has decided to step down as a director and the chair of the Board in EAM Solar ASA.
Mrs. Wiborg has served on the Board of Directors of EAM Solar ASA for almost 10 years since May 2013, and has carried the responsibility of leading the Board since December 2014.
EAM Solar ASA shareholders and its management are very grateful for the unwavering and the steady hand by which Mrs. Wiborg has led the Company in trying times, and are looking forward to the same steadfastness in her new position as the Chair of the Board of Directors in Energeia AS.
