Energeia AS, a company closely related to Viktor E Jakobsen, Chair of EAM Solar ASA (the "Company"), has on the 31st of May 2024 sold 20 209 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 9.6186 per share (the "Transaction"). Following the Transaction, Energeia AS holds 307 579 shares, representing 4.489% of the outstanding shares in EAM Solar ASA.
