Energeia AS, a company closely related to Viktor E Jakobsen, Chair of EAM Solar ASA (the "Company"), has on the 3rd of July 2024 sold 207 579 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 16.5643 per share (the "Transaction"). Following the Transaction, Energeia AS holds 100 000 shares, representing 1.459% of the outstanding shares in EAM Solar ASA.
