Energeia AS, a company related to Viktor E Jakobsen, Chair of EAM Solar ASA, has on the 12th of July 2024 sold 69 800 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 2.3876 per share. Following the sale Energeia AS holds no shares in EAM Solar ASA.
