On 2. January 2024 Sundt AS sold 25,212 shares in EAM Solar ASA (the "Company"). Following the disposal of shares, Sundt AS owns 684,041 shares in the Company, representing a total of 9.98% of the Company's issued shares and voting rights (based on 6,852,210 shares issued by the Company).
