On 13 May 2024 Sundt AS sold 113,954 shares in EAM Solar ASA (the "Company"). Following the disposal of shares, Sundt AS owns 231,046 shares in the Company, representing a total of 3.4% of the Company's issued shares and voting rights (based on 6,852,210 shares issued by the Company).
