Mandatory notification of trade primary insiders

On 11th June 2021 Bolinvest AB, a company closely associated to and 100% owned by PDMR Daniel Bolin, has placed its shares in endowment insurance with Nordnet with Bolinvest AB as the beneficiary. The number of ECIT shares transferred is 2,295,000 at a price NOK 8.00 per share.
After the transaction Daniel Bolin’s total number of shares including the shares owned by his closely associated persons remains unchanged.
