On 20 May 2022 Mikkel Walde Holding ApS, a company closely associated to PDMR Mikkel Walde, purchased 81 800 shares in ECIT AS at a price NOK 5.98 per share. After the transaction Mikkel Walde’s total number of shares, including the shares owned by persons closely associated to him, is 15.804.569 shares.
