ECIT AS hereby announce that the Danish IT-company Prosys ApS has been acquired by ECIT. The acquisition adds to ECIT`s market position and footprint within Managed Services, Cloud and infrastructure, including advisory services and IT-support.
ECIT`s subsidiary ECIT Solutions A/S is acquiring 100 % of the shares in Prosys. The acquisition has been settled in cash, and Prosys will be merged into ECIT Solutions A/S.
- The acquisition strengthens ECIT`s IT and Cloud services portfolio and our position within managed services and IT advisory. Prosys` services and customer portfolio complements the IT-division and ECIT’s footprint in Denmark.
