On 5 April 2023 PDMR Peter Lauring purchased 50,000 B-shares in ECIT AS at a
price NOK 7.50 per share.
After the transaction Peter Lauring`s total number of shares (all share classes), including the shares owned by persons closely associated to him, is 42,598,028 shares and 550,000 warrants.
For description of “Warrants”, reference is made to Company announcement no. 90 regarding incentive plan.
