Jan Eyvin Wang, member of the board of Edda Wind ASA (the “Company”), has on 19 September 2022 acquired 10,000 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 22.12 per share. Following the transaction, Jan Eyvin Wang holds a total of 47,940 shares in the Company, equivalent to 0.075 % of the Company’s shares.
