Edda Wind ASA – Acceptance of mandatory offer by primary insiders

Reference is made to announcement of 27 May 2025 concerning launch of the unconditional mandatory cash offer (the “Mandatory Offer”) by Electric AS to acquire all outstanding shares in Edda Wind ASA (“Edda Wind”) not already owned by it, for an offer price of NOK 23.00 in cash per Edda Wind share.

Geir Flæsen (chair of the Edda Wind board), Adrian Geelmyuden (board member) and Lars Røthing Stubhaug (VP Finance) have on 9 June 2025 accepted the Mandatory Offer for all shares of Edda Wind held by them. PDMR notices are attached to this announcement.
