The Board of Directors of Eidesvik Offshore ASA has
today approved the annual accounts for 2015. Final
account statement is in accordance with preliminary
accounts published on 29th of February 2016.
The board has decided to present the final accounts
to the ordinary general meeting on 25th of May 2016.
