ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN EIDESVIK OFFSHORE ASA

The Eidesvik Offshore`s Annual General Meeting was held
22th of May 2017 in Bømlo. 72,7% of the share
capital was represented.

All of the proposed issues were approved.
