Disclosure of Significant Shareholding in
Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA.

(the "Investment Manager") we hereby notify you
pursuant to STA Chapter 4, Section 4-1 the following:
On 22nd April 2014 the shares and rights to shares in
Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA (the "Company")
attributable to the Investment Manager crossed below
the threshold of 5%. The threshold was crossed by
means of a sale of 547,000 shares.
As a consequence, the total shareholding deemed to be
held is 9,892,634 which represents 4.95% of the
shares outstanding and voting rights of the Company.
The shares and rights to shares are owned by the
funds listed on Schedule A and are managed by the
designated management companies which are
undertakings controlled by the Investment Manager.
