EMGS - Change in Financial Calendar

EMGS announced its Financial Calendar for 2014 on 2 December 2013. Please note
that the date for the Company's annual general meeting has changed. The general
meeting will be held on 3 June 2014 in the Company's offices in Oslo.

A calling notice of the meeting will be distributed to the shareholders on 12
May 2013.
