Withdrawal of contemplated offer to acquire shares in EMGS

Arctic Securities AS is referring to the announcement
made 24 September 2014 at 16:33 regarding an order to
acquire 10 million shares in EMGS.

Due to low acceptance to sell shares, the buyer has
decided to withdraw the order.
