EMGS - Invitation to presentation of fourth quarter 2014 results

Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA's (EMGS) will release its fourth quarter 2014
results on Thursday 5 February 2015. CEO Bjarte Bruheim and CFO Svein Knudsen
will present the results from 10:00 CET at Hotel Continental, Stortingsgata 24,
Oslo. Please note that the time of the presentation has changed.

The presentation will be broadcasted live over the Internet, and the webcast can
be accessed on www.emgs.com  It will be possible to post questions through the
webcast.

The quarterly report and presentation will be available for download on EMGS's
website www.emgs.com and the Oslo Stock Exchange, www.newsweb.no from about
07:30 CET on 5 February 2015.
