Perestroika AS has today Dec. 15th 2023 acquired 9’000’000 shares in ELECTROMAGNETIC GEOSERVICES ASA (”EMGS NO”). Perestroika AS owns after this acquisition a total of 38’652’795 shares in EMGS NO, constituting 30% of the share capital and voting rights in EMGS NO.
The percentage has been calculated based on 130’969’690 issued shares in EMGS NO.
