The Board of Directors of Elektroimportøren AS will propose to the Annual General Meeting that an annual dividend of NOK 2.41 per share be paid for the financial year 2020, to be paid in two instalments, in August and December, respectively.
Notice of the general meeting is expected to be distributed on 27 May 2021.
