Oslo, Norway, 6 November 2025 --- Laila Danielsen has decided to step down
from her position as CEO of Elliptic Labs (OSE: ELABS) to pursue other
opportunities after 12 years at the helm. The Board of Directors of Elliptic
Labs has appointed Ola Sandstad as interim CEO with effect from 6th November
2025. Sandstad has been with the company for close to five years, most
recently as SVP Product Development and IR. He has some 20 years of experience
in product leadership across commercial and technology domains in the IT and
software industry.

strong customer relationships with several of the global leaders in the mobile
