Elmera Group ASA: Registered change of company name

Reference is made to the announcement on 26 April 2022 relating to the decisions of the annual general meeting, including change of company name. The Company's change of name to Elmera Group ASA has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret). The Company's new ticker will be "ELMRA".
