The annual general meeting in Elopak ASA (the "Company") was held today, May 13, 2024, at 14:00 (CEST). All the items on the agenda were approved by the general meeting. The general meeting approved the board of directors' proposal to distribute dividends of NOK 1.46 per share.
The share will trade ex-dividends from and including May 14, 2024. Payment of the dividends is expected on or about May 28, 2024.
